Today is January 4th and we have officially reopened. At this time, it is still preference to do as much service virtually as possible, but the office is open for those who need it.

As 2020 comes to a close and we move into 2021, we would like to wish everyone a happy holiday or winter season. We are closing today (December 23, 2020) at 3pm but we look forward to answering your calls and seeing your faces again during the new year!

May 2021 be better than the last. This too shall pass.

Women With Heart Award

We are now accepting nominations for the 2016 Women with Heart Award.

Nominations are being accepted between January 1 and February 12, 2016

Consideration for the award includes:

  • Passion for their work, career or volunteerism
  • Generosity of spirit
  • Positive impact on the community
  • Success
  • Leadership
  • Advocacy on behalf of those less fortunate than themselves
  • Raised public awareness of violence against women & girls
  • Raised public awareness of barriers faced by women & girls

Nominations must be received in written form which includes:

  • Nominee’s name
  • Contact information of both the nominee & nominator(s)
  • Essay of not less than 200 words and not more than 1000 words describing the attributes above, values, qualities and contributions
